Can we deliver and set up?
Yes, we charge a flat fee delivery charge and an hourly rate for set-up per person.
Do you need an appointment for a consultation?
No, you can walk into our store. We are open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation from time of booking up to 10 days before the event, If 10 days or less prior to the event no refund will be given.
How soon should I order?
It is never too soon to place an order. Order what you know you need, and you can always add.
What do I need to place an order?
You will need a California ID, a Credit Card and half of the rental amount.
